Job Description
As a Salesforce Senior Developer within the Agilent IT Team, you will be part of a high-performing global team responsible for delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and IT teams to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, and related platforms, including integrations with Marketing Cloud and enterprise systems.
Job Description
The Salesforce Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enable scalable, secure, and reliable business processes. Specific responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and solution teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce technical solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, validation rules,



security models, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Support Sales Cloud functionality, including account, contact, opportunity, lead, forecast, territory, and related sales process capabilities.
- Develop and support Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven insights, segmentation, reporting, and business decision-making.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, as well as other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, event-based integrations, and standard Salesforce integration patterns.
- Create technical design documents, unit test plans, deployment plans, and other development artifacts required to support high-quality delivery.
