Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance skilled to manage General Ledger (GL) consolidation and Management Information System (MIS) reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation across multiple business units/entities and deliver insightful MIS reports for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end GL closing activities.
- Consolidate financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS/US GAAP).
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions.
- Manage and maintain chart of accounts consistency across entities.
- Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance processes with relevant GL data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports including P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results and provide commentary.




- Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making.
- Work closely with FP&A; team to align MIS with forecasting and budgeting cycles.
- Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements in reporting and consolidation practices.
- Streamline and automate consolidation and MIS processes using ERP and reporting tools.

Qualifications
Skills and Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (CA) with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in accounts & finance.
- Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS, or US GAAP.
- Experience with intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
