About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is highly data-driven and focused on scaling campaigns, improving ROI, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

This is a specialist performance marketing role, focused primarily on paid advertising rather than a generalist digital marketing profile.



The selected candidate will own end-to-end performance marketing for multiple D2C brands, managing significant advertising budgets across Search and Social platforms with explicit accountability for performance, insights, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Search and Social campaigns across multiple D2C/e-commerce accounts.
- Handle approximately 5 active clients, with an average monthly advertising spend of ₹3–5 lakhs per client.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into data-driven performance marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and identify opportunities for scaling and cost optimization.
- Analyze campaign data to identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
