Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct cold calls and initial screening to understand candidate interest, experience, and expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain relevant talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate information, feedback,



and recruitment updates through GEM/ATS and trackers.
- Support employee referrals, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding and creative ways of engaging prospective candidates.
- Follow recruitment SOPs and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Take ownership beyond your defined responsibilities whenever needed.
