Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall construction activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects from mobilization to mechanical completion and handover.

Develop execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans across civil, mechanical, piping, E&I;, utilities, and offsite facilities.

Coordinate with engineering and procurement for timely drawings, materials, and equipment.

Monitor subcontractors for compliance, productivity, and quality.

Drive HSE compliance (PTW, JSA, lifting, confined space, hot work, excavation).

Ensure QA/QC adherence, close NCRs/punch points, and support commissioning teams.

Conduct progress reviews, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

-
Mandatory: B.Tech/Bachelor’s in Civil,



Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Preferred: Postgraduate in Project/Construction Management + certifications (HSE, Project Management, Construction Management).

Experience Requirement

-
20+ years in construction/project execution.

-
Robust background in EPC/EPCM contractor management and large subcontractors.

-
Proven expertise in site execution, planning, resource management, and project coordination.

-
Exposure to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, Pipeline, Terminal, or large EPC projects.
