Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Power Platform & Modern Front‑End Engineering to lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise‑grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, with a solid emphasis on modern front‑end technology stacks such as React, Angular, and Next.js.
This role is accountable for translating business requirements, process needs, and client objectives into clear, scalable technical solution designs. The manager is expected to produce and review written design artifacts, define system boundaries, guide integration patterns,



and ensure teams understand both the “why” and the “how” behind implementation decisions.
The ideal candidate is both a hands‑on technical leader and a people manager, comfortable setting direction, reviewing architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Requirements Translation
- Translate business requirements, user stories, process flows, and client objectives into practical technical solution designs.
- Lead solution design sessions that clarify business capabilities, system boundaries, integration needs, data ownership, security requirements, and user experience expectations.
- Produce written design artifacts such as solution design documents, architecture decision records, integration diagrams, data models, interface definitions, and implementation notes.
