Role: AVP (AVP2/AVP3) – Ecommerce Lead (Devices & Logistics)
-
Own end-to-end lifecycle of device inventory and quality, including - pan-India hub operations, device inspection, refurbishment, and redeployment
-
Manage logistics and supply chain, including inter-city movement and last-mile dispatch, ensuring timely device availability across India

Drive data-led planning and control through dashboards, forecasting, and continuous improvement of processes and costs
Ideal Candidate Profile

Solid experience in ecommerce operations with deep exposure to logistics and supply chain

Prior experience managing large-scale, multi-location operations

Proven ability to drive efficiency, reduce TAT, and optimize costs
