- This role supports reliable, secure, and scalable Microsoft Azure platforms and Azure DevOps services.
- The position provides Level 3 support for complex production and platform issues.
- The candidate will configure and maintain YAML and Classic build and release pipelines.
- The role will establish practical Git branching and repository policies for controlled software delivery.
- The candidate will create and maintain Terraform code to deploy and manage Azure resources.
- The position supports microservices hosted on Azure Kubernetes Service using Kubernetes and Helm charts.
- The role applies RBAC, operational controls, and ITIL practices across day-to-day services.
- The candidate will guide team members, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive measurable continuous improvement.
Provide Level 3 support for Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, AKS, and related platform services. Troubleshoot complex incidents involving availability, deployment, performance, networking, access, and configuration. Lead technical investigations, document root causes, implement corrective actions, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
Operate and improve Azure services across compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and security. Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tools to identify risks, maintain service health, and improv
