Job Title-Lead – Well Services

Qualification -B.Tech / B.E. in Petroleum Engineering

Lead the planning and execution of well intervention and workover activities to ensure safe, productive, and cost-effective restoration and enhancement of well productivity. Provide technical leadership to a team of Well Services Engineers while coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams for successful field execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, review, and execute well intervention and workover operations.

Prepare and review operational programs, procedures, and execution plans.

Evaluate well conditions and recommend suitable intervention techniques.

Coordinate with workover rigs, intervention contractors, and service companies.

Provide technical guidance during field operations and troubleshoot challenges.

Ensure compliance with well control, operational procedures, and HSE requirements.

Review post-job reports, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements.

Lead and mentor 2–3 Well Services Engineers while collaborating with Production, Reservoir, Drilling, and HSE teams.
