Job Summary:

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions of the HR department. This role ensures the effective delivery of HR services including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The HR Head acts as a key advisor to senior leadership, fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with company goals and values.





Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change, culture development, and workforce planning.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Identify and address training needs through learning and development programs.

Employee Relations & Culture:
- Promote a high-performance culture by coaching managers and supporting employee development.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and support conflict resolution efforts.
