- Handle inbound and outbound calls for IndiaMART and other business platforms.n
- Understand customer requirements, qualify leads and coordinate quotations with the salesn
- team.n
- Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.n
- Maintain accurate lead records, call logs and follow-up schedules in CRM software.n
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business.n

nWhat We Are Looking For
n
- n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales.n
- Fluent Hindi with robust communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.n
- Hands-on knowledge of telecalling software and CRM systems.n
- Experience handling IndiaMART and other online platform enquiries.n
- Proven lead conversion and customer relationship skills.n
