nHead Field Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Domestic Staffing Division.
n

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Drive recent client acquisition for the Domestic Staffing business.n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.n
- Generate leads, conduct client discussions, and convert opportunities into business.n
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our domestic staffing customer base.n
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.n

nRequirements:
n
- n
- Proven experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Business Development .n
- Strong understanding of the PAN India staffing market.n
- Existing relationships or connections with staffing customers will be preferred.n
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.n
- Ability to work independently and deliver against business development targets.n
- Candidates with an established network within the domestic staffing industry are encouraged to apply.n
