We are hiring: Commercial & Growth Manager – FMCG / Quick Commerce
nWe are building a packaged-food and healthy-snacking brand and are looking for a hands-on professional to help us grow across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, marketplaces, contemporary trade, distribution, and performance marketing.
nThe ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in FMCG, food, beverages, nutrition, D2C, marketplaces, or quick commerce.
nYou should have experience with:
n•Quick-commerce or marketplace onboarding.
n•Category-manager and distributor relationships.
n•FMCG pricing, margins, promotions, and trade schemes.
n•Inventory planning and replenishment.
n•Performance marketing and marketplace advertising.
n•Sales reporting, contribution margin, CAC,



ROAS, and repeat purchases.
nThis is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working directly with founders, manufacturers, agencies, distributors, and platform teams.
nLocation: Delhi-NCR / Hybrid
nType: Full-time
nCompensation: Fixed salary plus performance-linked incentives
nExperience: 3–7 years
