nGBS Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)
nExperience Required: 1 to 3 Years
nLocation: Chennai.
nPreferred Candidates: Chennai-based candidates who are comfortable working in night shifts and have prior international voice process experience.
nSkills:
nHandle both Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Calls.
nExcellent customer support and resolve customer queries
nWork experience in an International Voice Process
nExperience range




nMinimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process).
nMandatory experience in an International Voice Process.
nStrong verbal communication skills.
nWilling to work in night shifts (US Process).
nShift Timings:
nUS Shift (Night Shift)
n5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
nSaturday & Sunday Fixed week off
