nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to support complex consulting and implementation initiatives. The role involves OTM configuration, integration, automation, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with global business and technology teams.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of transportation management and logistics operations across multiple transportation modes and hands-on experience delivering OTM implementations in complex enterprise environments.

nKey Responsibilities

- Support and deliver Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations across complex enterprise environments.n
- Configure OTM solutions including automation agents, business rules, screen sets, and system workflows .n
- Work with BI Publisher, XML, XSL, Web Services, and REST APIs for reporting and system integrations.n
- Analyze transportation and logistics processes across LTL, FTL, Rail, Ocean, and Air transportation modes.n
- Design and support integrations with systems and processes related to logistics, procurement, master data, and other enterprise applications .n
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective and scalable solutions.n
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and solutions.n
- Mentor and support junior team members , sharing technical knowledge and best practices.n
