ABOUT THE ROLE
nA strategic and hands-on Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition who owns the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT hiring across functions — building sourcing strategies, partnering with business heads, and driving quality hiring outcomes through data and process rigor.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nTA Strategy & Execution

- Own end-to-end TA lifecyclen
- Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define roles & closure timelinesn
- Design multi-channel sourcing strategies — portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, campusesn
- Drive closures within TAT/SLA benchmarks; maintain pipelines for critical rolesn

nCandidate Experience & Offers

- Oversee full interview cycle — scheduling, feedback, timely communicationn
- Maintain proactive candidate engagement to minimise drop-offsn
- Lead offer negotiations within approved bands and market benchmarksn
- Ensure seamless handover for pre-joining engagement & Day 1 readinessn

nROLE REQUIREMENTS
nEducation & Experience
n
- n
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferredn
- 4-7 years of progressive TA experience with robust end to end recruitmentn
- Demonstrated cross-functional hiring with multiple senior stakeholdersn
- Proven track record in high-volume, niche & leadership-level rolesn
