nRole Description
nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities across the NBFC, banking, fintech, and financial services ecosystem .
n

nThe role will involve understanding customer requirements, introducing relevant Arclend products and solutions, conducting product discussions and demonstrations,



managing prospects through the business development cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients.
n

nThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software products and financial technology solutions , along with practical knowledge of the lending ecosystem.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with NBFCs, banks, fintech companies, and financial institutions .n
- Research target companies, identify relevant decision-makers, and initiate business conversations.n
- Understand customer business requirements, challenges, and existing processes.n
- Present and demonstrate Arclend’s products and explain their relevant business use cases.n
- Manage leads, prospect interactions, follow-ups, product discussions, proposals, and negotiations.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
