As a Sales Manager – Commercial, you will drive the growth of our commercial construction segment through an outside-sales, on-ground approach.
You will lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed customer acquisition and revenue targets across commercial
projects — offices, retail, warehousing, institutional and mixed-use developments. Your leadership, market knowledge, and ability to build long-cycle
B2B relationships with businesses, developers, and channel partners will be key to establishing Brick&Bolt; as the trusted commercial construction
partner.
