Position Summary:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter/ Business Development Manager , you will beresponsible for managing the entire recruitment process , from placing candidates to negotiating contracts and building vendor relationships. This role requires a robust sales acumen , excellent negotiation skills , and a deep understanding of the US recruitment landscape .

Key Responsibilities:




- Oversee the completesales cycle , including sourcing candidates , submitting resumes , negotiating rates , and closing placements .
- Develop and maintaina network of Americanvendors to ensure swiftand efficientcandidate placements.
- Identify, qualify, and submit candidates for suitable job openings while managing communication throughout the interview process .
- Regularly update and maintain the candidate and client database for tracking purposes;generate daily reports to assess progress and performance.
- Employ strong negotiation skills to secure the best rates and terms for candidates and clients.
- Utilize job portals like Monster,CareerBuilder , and Dice to identify and attract top talent.
- Tax and Compliance Knowledge : Possess a comprehensive understanding of US tax terms and compliance requirements related to employment.
