Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter Intern
Location: Remote

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and some prior internship experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities as needed
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams

Requirements:
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Previous internship experience in non-IT recruitment (mandatory), preferably in bulk Hiring
- Basic understanding of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in talent acquisition(Non It Hiring)
