Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 & AI Security Secure and continuously improve Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender & Purview) Manage AI platform security and governance Implement and maintain DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies,



and external sharing controls Manage endpoint security and compliance through Microsoft Intune Compliance & Security Governance Own and maintain the SOC 2 Type II compliance program Coordinate annual external audits and remediation activities Maintain security controls aligned with Trust Services Criteria Develop and improve security policies, standards, and procedures Risk & Incident Management Lead vendor security assessments and third-party risk management Manage security incidents, investigations, and response planning Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) Client & Internal Security Support enterprise customers during security reviews and due diligence Respond to security questionnaires and compliance requests Conduct security awareness training and phishing simulations Partner with HR for secure onboarding and offboarding processes Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Compliance Minimum 2 years leading security or compliance programs Hands-on ex
