Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head – Business Development / Client Acquisition who will take the baton and lead from the front in acquiring new clients. The individual will work closely with the Co-founder and play a critical role in scaling the firm's client portfolio,



especially within emerging market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and expand ABP's footprint in emerging industries
- Build and leverage solid relationships with CXOs, CHROs, and top management stakeholders
- Identify and onboard retained search mandates
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates
- Represent ABP in the market with strong credibility and thought leadership

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Executive Search / Recruitment / closely related domains
- Proven track record in client acquisition and business development
- Solid network with senior leadership (CXO/CHRO level)
- Experience working with or within an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
