We’re looking for a highly creative, visually driven designer to join our team and help shape the visual identity of ILEM Japan across digital, social, web and video.
If you can turn a creative idea into a compelling visual story — from a social media post to a campaign film, website experience or motion graphic — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Creative & Visual Design
Develop high-quality creative concepts and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, advertising and brand communication.
Motion Graphics & Video
Create engaging motion graphics, animations,



reels and video edits using After Effects and other relevant tools.
UI/UX & Web Design
Design intuitive and visually engaging website and mobile interfaces using Figma , working closely with developers to bring designs to life.
️ Graphic Design
Create compelling static and energetic designs using Photoshop & Illustrator , while maintaining strong typography, composition, colour and brand consistency.
✨ Creative Conceptualization
Translate marketing briefs, product stories and consumer insights into fresh, impactful visual ideas that stand out in the digital environment.
