About the Role
Pepper is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Creative Producer to manage end-to-end production operations within a specific business vertical. Reporting to the Associate Director, Production , this role will be part of a collaborative team of producers and will be responsible for driving projects from brief to final delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in production and project management, thrives in a fast-paced creative workplace, and can effectively coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors across both Indian and US markets.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage day-to-day production activities from project kickoff to final delivery.
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and task trackers.
- Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.

Process & Operations Management
- Ensure compliance with internal production processes, documentation, contracts, invoicing, and
