Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full time, remote role based in Faridabad, working exclusively from 03:30 AM to 11:30 AM IST . This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about policies, coverage options, and claim processes.
