Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Professional based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The BIM Skilled will create and manage detailed,



construction-ready 3D models, ensuring accuracy, buildability, and alignment with project specifications and on-site conditions. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary models, detecting and resolving clashes, and preparing fabrication-ready drawings and documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows, support design reviews, and maintain standardized BIM processes and templates. The BIM Professional will also contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices, support quality control checks, and assist in implementing best practices for data consistency and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in BIM authoring tools and 3D modeling platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent) suitable for high-fidelity, construction-ready deliverables.
