Purpose of the Role
As an Account Manager – CPG Vertical, you will be the trusted advisor and growth partner for our strategic customers. You’ll work at the intersection of cutting-edge automation, digitalization, and sustainability—bringing our customers’ visions to life with innovative solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving complex challenges, and driving business impact in a fast-evolving industry.
Main Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
• Own and grow a portfolio of key Food & Beverage accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all commercial and strategic engagements.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations.
• Understand customer pain points, business goals, and industry trends to co-create tailored digital transformation roadmaps.
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Drive account planning, prospect pipeline development, and execution of sales strategies aligned with vertical goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Solution Architects, Portfolio Managers, Marketing, and Service teams) to deliver compelling value propositions.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the DI portfolio—Products, Systems, Solutions, Services, and Software.
