About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional custom semiconductor development programs from concept to production. This is not a generic PM role — we are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on semiconductor background in Analog, ASIC, or SoC development, who deeply understand the design flow and can engage with technical teams as a credible peer while driving program execution with precision.
You will work closely with systems, design, DV, layout, operations, marketing & sales, post-silicon validation, test, quality, and very demanding customer teams to ensure successful execution of schedules, deliverables,



and business goals.

This role is exclusively for candidates from a semiconductor background with direct experience in Analog IC, ASIC, or SoC product development. Candidates without semiconductor industry experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do

? Program Ownership
• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for analog/mixed-signal/embedded semiconductor products
• Drive program scope, timelines, risk assessment, budgeting, and resource planning
• Ensure execution efficacy, timeline adherence, quality control, and stakeholder management for custom development programs serving demanding customers

• Coordinate with design, DV, layout, post-Si validation, test engineering, quality, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams across global sites
