Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead the valuation and appraisal of gold assets within our Operations and Services department.



This role demands a high level of expertise in gold quality assessment, market valuation, and risk mitigation to support our gold loan portfolio. The incumbent will ensure accurate and timely appraisal of gold collateral, adhering to regulatory standards and internal policies, thereby enabling informed lending decisions and safeguarding the bank's interests. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in secured lending against gold assets.
