Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of greenfield and brownfield healthcare infrastructure projects.

• Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of civil, structural, MEP, interiors, and medical infrastructure works.

• Monitor project progress and drive corrective actions to mitigate delays.

Design & Engineering Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and healthcare planners.

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare design standards and operational requirements.

Project Monitoring & Controls

• Implement project control mechanisms for schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.

• Track project KPIs and MIS reports for leadership review.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with hospital operations, biomedical engineering, procurement,



finance, and regulatory teams.

• Coordinate with government authorities and statutory bodies for approvals and compliance.

• Manage consultants, contractors, and vendor relationships effectively.

Budget & Cost Management

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow plans.

• Review estimates, BOQs, variation orders, and contractor bills.

• Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with NABH, NBC, fire safety, environmental, and healthcare infrastructure standards.

• Monitor site safety practices and quality assurance processes.

• Lead audits, inspections, and project quality reviews.

Procurement & Contract Management

• Support technical evaluation of vendors and contractors.

• Participate in tendering, negotiations, and contract finalization.
