What is this role all about?

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the first line of support for customers, helping resolve their queries and routine technical issues while ensuring a smooth support experience. You will manage support requests,



troubleshoot issues, collaborate with relevant CX and technical teams, and build an understanding of customer workflows and use cases.

The role combines customer engagement, technical troubleshooting, ticket management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer issues are addressed accurately and within defined service levels.

Client Engagement
