About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales to join our growing sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting real estate leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property site visits, and guiding clients throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities• Generate and manage leads for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
• Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Understand customers' budget, requirements, preferred location, and investment objectives.
• Explain project details, specifications, pricing, amenities, payment plans,



and offers.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective buyers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into successful bookings and sales.
• Negotiate with customers and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate closures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, new projects, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from the first interaction through booking and handover.

Candidate Profile• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, business development, BFSI sales, automobile sales, or a similar target-
