Role Description Krishvi Group is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across the brand and its residential projects.
The role will cover performance marketing, SEO, content, social media, websites, analytics, lead generation and digital brand building.
We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can independently manage campaigns, understand customer behaviour,



work with agencies and internal teams, analyse performance and translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop campaign strategies based on project objectives, inventory, positioning and customer intent.
• Manage lead-generation campaigns with a strong focus on lead quality and conversion.
• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, qualified leads, site visits and CAC.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise budgets, audiences, creatives and campaigns accordingly.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop and test different creative concepts, messaging and formats.
• Ensure proper campaign tracking, attribution and conversion measurement.
