The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across onboarding to exit, payroll, employee lifecycle management, HR systems, process automation and employee engagement, along with a robust sense of ownership and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and ensure seamless execution of HR BAU activities.
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, employee movements, HR documentation, payroll inputs and exits.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
• Drive adherence to defined HR processes, policies and SLAs.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

2. Team Management
• Manage and mentor the HR Operations team.
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex employee and operational queries.

Payroll & Exit Management
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs.
• Partner with Finance/Payroll teams for payroll validation and issue resolution.
• Manage end-to-end exit processes including resignation, clearance, full & final settlement, exit documentation and employee experience.
• Track and ensure closure of exit-related activities within defined timelines.

4. HR Systems & Process Automation
• Work extensively on HR systems and ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
• Identify repetitive/manual processes and drive automation and digitisation initiatives.
• Leverage tools such as Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Macros/VBA and other automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, trackers and MIS reports.
• Continuously evaluate processes to reduce manual intervention, TAT and errors.
