Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative, execution-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead CoKarma’s brand growth across digital, offline, and community channels. This role requires someone who can think strategically while also being hands-on with execution - from building content strategies and managing social media campaigns to executing startup events, partnerships, collaborations, and community-led growth initiatives.





The ideal candidate understands startup culture, internet trends, community psychology, brand positioning, and growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute CoKarma’s overall marketing and brand strategy.
• Position CoKarma uniquely within the coworking and startup ecosystem.
• Build solid brand recall through storytelling, founder-led content, and community initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding across all locations, events, and digital platforms.
• Identify growth opportunities, collaborations, and strategic partnerships.

Social Media & Content
• Lead content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create high-performing content including reels, founder stories, event coverage, and community-led campaigns.
• Work closely with designers, editors, freelancers, and agencies.
