The Role
We're looking for a technology-oriented professional to help drive our digital transformation - coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to identify, implement, and improve the platforms and automation that power our business.
What You'll Do
• Identify suitable technology solutions and vendors based on business requirements.
• Assist in finalising functional requirements and preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Coordinate regularly with technology vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track development progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed timelines and project plans.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and final go-live activities.
• Help identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual effort through technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assist in designing and generating reports and dashboards for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
• Research emerging technologies and continuously explore ways to improve current systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
• Relevant experience in technology coordination, platform development, business analysis, or digital project support.
• Solid understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Exposure to BRD preparation, UAT, and vendor management.
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and practical use of AI in business operations.
• Good analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into functional technology requirements.
