Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
• P&L; & Growth Metrics: Own the marketing budget and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Retention, and Brand Health metrics.

• Digital Storefront & Merchandising: Own the "homepage" and category pages of the app. You will decide CTR and AOV

• Funnel Optimization & CRO:



Monitor the user journey from "App Install" to "Order Placed." You will be responsible for identifying drop-off points and implementing A/B tests on checkout flows, search results, and product display pages (PDPs) to increase conversion.

• Pricing & Promotion Engine: Execute the pricing strategy for the target segment. You will manage the backend configuration of coupons, "slash-pricing," and bundle deals, ensuring they are psychologically appealing and technically seamless.

• App Store Optimization (ASO): Own the brand’s presence on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Optimize keywords, screenshots, and descriptions to ensure high organic discoverability and a high "Install-to-Visit" ratio.

• Continuous Growth Engine: Design and execute "Growth Hacks"—identifying non-linear ways to scale (e.g., community-led referral loops, gamified savings, or strategic cross-brand partnerships) to ensure the brand doesn't lose momentum after the initial hype
