Swish is launching a new initiative, and this role sits at the critical execution layer of it.
You will be responsible for taking the GTM plan from strategy to execution — reaching out to partners, pitching the opportunity, negotiating terms, closing partnerships, and driving onboarding.

This is a high-intensity, high-ownership role in a 0→1 environment, where you will work directly with the Founder's Office and have a direct impact on how the initiative takes shape.

What You'll Own

• Own outreach end to end — Build the partner pipeline, reach decision-makers, pitch the plan, and convert through calls, walk-ins, DMs, referrals, or whatever works.
• Close partners — Take partners from the first conversation to a signed agreement and work towards clear onboarding targets.
• Execute the GTM plan — Turn the founders' strategy into daily on-ground action and identify what needs to change based on what you learn.
• Own partner onboarding — Collect the right information, maintain data quality, and make sure nothing gets stuck because of missing details.




• Own the relationship — Stay the partner's point of contact after signing, keep them engaged, and resolve issues before they become blockers.
• Close the loop with the Founder's Office — Share numbers, objections, patterns, and ground reality so the GTM playbook keeps getting better.

What We're Looking For

• Prior outreach experience — You've had to pitch, persuade, sell, fundraise, find sponsors, build partnerships, or convince people to participate in something.
• Strong communication — Clear, confident, and comfortable speaking to strangers, handling rejection, and asking again.
• Sharp and quick to learn — You understand new businesses quickly, think on your feet, and can handle objections without relying on a script.
• Structured and organised — You can build your own system for managing pipelines, follow-ups, and data when there isn't one already.
• Robust ownership — You don't wait to be reminded. You follow up
