Job Description:
• 5+ years’ experience in Automotive Seating - Design & Development
• Engineering experience required on Seat Frames, Plastics, Seat Foam, Seat comfort features like ventilation, heating, massage & Seat Covers with leather trimming
• Strong Process knowledge of component & function development
• Process documentation and presentation capabilities with excellent communication, e.g. Open Issues, weekly reporting & tracking, timely escalations.
• Having VW Product Emergence Process Knowledge is strong advantage
• Complete ownership of product development is required with very minimal support from team lead
• Robust Decision making ability coming from technical experience
• All Prototype & Series Build CAD support role is required, strong experience is expected
• Understanding of DFM & DFA
