About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst - Document Control and Information Management to support the accurate, controlled and compliant management of project documentation.

The selected individual will work alongside Information Controllers and the broader Information Management team to maintain document integrity, support project teams and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and organisational requirements throughout the document lifecycle.

Electronic Document Management Systems and the quality requirements associated with engineering and asset-intensive environments.

Success in this role will require strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage large volumes of controlled documentation. The successful candidate will ensure that documents are correctly registered, classified, stored, reviewed, approved, distributed and archived.

The role will also support document audits, compliance reviews, workflow improvements, digitalisation initiatives and stakeholder queries.
