Position Overview:
The Recent Product Development Specialist will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of new products from concept to launch. This role requires a keen understanding of consumer trends, market needs, and the ability to translate those insights into successful beauty products. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with R&D;, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure new products are developed on time, within budget,



and align with the brand’s values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Conceptualization & Innovation:
• Lead the development of new product ideas based on consumer trends, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Marketing, and Packaging) to bring innovative concepts to life.
• Propose and develop product formulations, packaging concepts, and feature enhancements in line with brand guidelines.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on emerging trends in the beauty and cosmetics industry to drive product innovation.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps, product opportunities, and potential consumer demands.
• Organize consumer focus groups, surveys, and other research methods to gather insights on product concepts.
