About the Role:

We are hiring an Accounts Assistant for a textile company to support day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS data preparation, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting processes and be comfortable handling routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• GST & TDS data preparation and entry

• Sales & Purchase entries

• Daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance

• Bank and ledger reconciliation

• Invoice and accounting documentation

• Debit Note & Credit Note entries

• Maintaining accurate financial records





• Supporting routine accounting and compliance-related activities

• Coordination with internal teams for accounting-related requirements

Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, and TDS

• Understanding of Sales & Purchase accounting

• Knowledge of reconciliation processes

• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills
