Tata Semiconductor Assembly & Test (TSAT) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing in IC & SMT Packages.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Packaging facility . This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Summary

The EUC Lead is responsible for technical support in End User Computing services across the plant. This role ensures high-quality, process driven end-user experience by leading desktop support teams,



managing endpoint devices, driving workplace technology initiatives, handling L1 & L2 escalations and maintaining service excellence in alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Technically lead and manage the End User Computing support team.

• Oversee daily IT support operations for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.

• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

• Monitor ticket queues, escalation management, and service performance metrics.

Endpoint Management

• Manage Windows, macOS, and mobile device environments.

• Administer endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, etc.,

• Deploy software, patches, and operating system updates.

• Maintain endpoint security and compliance standards.

User Support & Service Delivery
