? Compensation: Fixed Salary up to ₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ Incentives based on performance
? Role Type: Inside Sales / Tele-calling (No field work)
?Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply)

?Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday - Saturday)

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective UPSC aspirants through company-provided leads.
• Explain courses, batches, fees, and preparation plans.
• Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle queries, objections, and regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly admission targets of ₹1–3 Lakhs.




• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission processing.
• No cold calling or field work — leads will be provided by the company.

Requirements
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment
• Must have a personal laptop
• Willingness to work from the Bhopal office
