About the RoleThe Vedh Media is looking for a Business Development Executive who can independently handle the complete business development cycle — from finding potential clients to closing deals and handing over the client to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities• Generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, networking, references and field visits.
• Identify potential businesses and decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Contact prospects, understand their business requirements and identify marketing opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and field visits across Pune/PCMC.
• Present and pitch digital marketing and social media marketing solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations.




• Handle client objections, pricing discussions and negotiations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and decision-makers.
• Close deals independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate payment, agreement and onboarding formalities.
• Handover converted clients properly to the operations team.
• Maintain daily lead, meeting, follow-up and conversion records.
• Track the complete sales cycle:
• Lead → Calling → Meeting/Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing → Payment → Handover
