Position Summary
The Senior Integration Consultant serves as a trusted technical advisor responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions between ADP platforms and client business applications.
This role combines technical consulting, solution architecture, integration development, and client engagement responsibilities. Working directly with clients, project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, the Senior Integration Consultant leads the successful delivery of integration initiatives that support Payroll, Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management, Benefits Administration, and other mission-critical business processes.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, API-based integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise application integration patterns. The role requires both technical depth and strong customer-facing consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Consulting & Client Engagement
• Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Consult with clients on integration strategies, implementation approaches, and technical best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration solutions.
• Provide effort estimates, implementation assessments, and technical recommendations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client technical and business teams.
Solution Design & Architecture
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures.
• Produce high-level and detailed solution design documentation.
• Define integration patterns, data mappings, API contracts, and security frameworks.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Recommend improvements to integration frameworks and methodologies.
