Role Description The SALES HEAD – BUILDING MATERIALS / ALUMINIUM WINDOWS & DOORS is a full-time, in office role based in Agra. The role involves leading and managing the sales function for aluminium windows and doors, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across key regions and segments. Responsibilities include overseeing key accounts,



building and maintaining relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Head will manage and mentor the sales team, monitor performance, set targets, and ensure effective pipeline management and forecasting. The role also includes conducting market analysis, tracking competitor activities, coordinating with operations and fabrication teams, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
