Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telemarketer / Business Development Associate role based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce company services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining service offerings, handling basic client queries, scheduling appointments or follow-up calls, and updating call records in the system. The role also involves maintaining a professional tone during conversations,



nurturing initial interest, and supporting sales closure efforts by coordinating with internal stakeholders. The associate is expected to meet daily and weekly call targets while contributing to overall business development goals.
