? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on skills & experience
? Experience: Minimum 3 years
? Working Days: 6 days a week

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at a growing Women’s Apparel Fashion Brand.
Key Responsibilities• Manage the merchandising process from product development to production.
• Coordinate with design, sampling, production, sourcing and buying teams.
• Handle buyer communication, follow-ups and order execution.
• Ensure timely approvals, sampling and production as per buyer requirements.
• Monitor quality, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate closely with factories and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

What We’re Looking For• Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience.




• Mandatory: Strong experience in Women’s Apparel/Fashion.
• Good understanding of garments, fabrics, trims, sampling and production.
• Solid communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple styles/orders and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Excel and merchandising documentation.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
