We are looking for an Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships Executive to develop and manage collaborations with social media influencers, content creators, agencies, and talent managers. The role requires someone who can initiate conversations, negotiate favourable commercial terms, close partnerships, and ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and shortlisting relevant influencers, creators, and social media agencies based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, and budget.




• Initiating outreach through email, social media, and calls, and following up consistently to move opportunities forward.
• Presenting Youthnic’s brand, products, upcoming launches, and collaboration opportunities to potential partners.
• Collecting rate cards and proposals, comparing options, and recommending partnerships that offer strong value.
• Negotiating collaboration fees, agency charges, deliverables, payment terms, publishing timelines, and content usage rights.
• Structuring paid, barter, affiliate, and ongoing partnerships according to campaign objectives and approved budgets.
• Closing deals and documenting agreed terms, responsibilities, and deliverables before campaigns begin.
• Coordinating product selection, sample dispatch, campaign briefs, content approvals, and publishing schedules with internal teams.
